With a BSBA in Accounting from Appalachian State University, Tammy began her career in public accounting, mastering tax and audit before transitioning to corporate accounting. As Controller for various mid-sized and large companies, Tammy's strategic acumen expanded beyond accounting to encompass areas like insurance, payroll, tax compliance, human resources, and technology. This comprehensive background uniquely positions her to understand the challenges businesses face in achieving success. In 2007, Tammy founded Turning Leaf Solutions, prioritizing exceptional client service and rapid growth.
