Director of Human Resources

Stephanie joined the Team in 2020. She has 25 years in HR management experience working with both large corporate companies as well as smaller Mom & Pop businesses, focusing on recruitment, staffing & retention, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, compliance, leadership training and employee engagement.

Prior to joining our Team, Stephanie worked as the Director of Human Resources for Embassy Suites Hotel, with Atrium Hospitality. Stephanie supported a staff of 175+ employees. She was responsible for all human resources activities to include employment, recruiting, compensation, labor relations, training, and development. She was also responsible for new hire orientations and annual trainings to include Diversity and inclusion, emergency procedures, Anti-Harassment etc. Administering the implementation of these systems that will ensure associates are treated with dignity, fairly, and consistently. Stephanie also insured legal compliance by maintaining all applicable state and federal requirements.

Stephanie studied Business Administration and Management at North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC. She is also a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) through AHLA and received her Human Resources Management Certificate through Duke University in Durham NC. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

When not working, she loves spending time with her husband Patrick and their dog Ellie taking long walks through parks. She also enjoys cooking, reading, listening to music, and a nice glass of wine.
